Sometimes working with Facebook is really annoying.  If they ever did bring out an unlike button I’d be all over it whenever they interrupt my feed with one of their Facebook Business posts….  But this week, my casual dislike flared to real hatred.

Drinking alcohol –and by that we mean physically swallowing it in liquid form, is so 2013. These days, all the cool kids are skipping the tired old drink/swallow routine in favor of a much more efficient technique: inhaling booze in vapor form.

There is a scary trend emerging in this new digital age we live in. It seems that technology is evolving to become more personalised. From being able to locate where your friends are at any time with Facebook’s new Friend Tracker, to waking up to Siri or Cortana letting you know how long it will take for you to get to work, when the next train is and what you should wear to suit the conditions outside.

With devices like Chromecast, Amazon Fire, Roku and Apple TV, the availability for mass content has never been this cheap or this widespread… if you live practically anywhere in the developed world but Australia.

The Look Up video has been viewed on YouTube a little over 35 million times since April 25 and has a powerful message.  It suggests that the time we spend looking on our mobile devices and computers is making our lives less meaningful.  And it is pretty compelling stuff…
